Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood is a reference point in traditional wet shaving because it combines easily built, creamy lather with a fragrance that feels composed rather than merely heavy. A small amount worked with warm water softens beard hair, holds moisture against it and creates a cushioned path for the razor. The classic fougère composition opens with geranium, lavender, rosemary and liquid amber, moves through carnation, fern and orange blossom, and rests on patchouli, sandalwood, vetiver, powdery musk and rock rose.

Choose this: You want a shaving cream that builds a creamy lather; you want to lather with a shaving brush or by hand; you appreciate this product’s characteristic fragrance;

Not suitable if: you want a clear, non-foaming product for precise contour shaving; you prefer foam that is dispensed as foam and does not need lathering;

How to Use: Dampen the shaving area and, if using one, the shaving brush with warm water. Work a small amount of cream into lather using the damp brush in a bowl or directly on the skin, or work it directly on the skin by hand. Apply evenly and rinse thoroughly after shaving.
