Shipping Policy
We ship orders from our store in Riga, Latvia.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Latvia and to selected European countries.
Available shipping options may include:
• parcel locker delivery
• courier delivery to address
• in-store pickup, where available
The available delivery methods and prices are shown at checkout based on the delivery country and address.
Shipping Within Latvia
Orders within Latvia can usually be delivered to parcel lockers or by courier.
Delivery times are usually 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on the selected delivery method and carrier.
European Shipping
We also ship to selected European countries.
Estimated delivery times within Europe are usually 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, selected carrier, and customs or local delivery conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method, destination, and order value.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount. If free shipping applies, it will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or there is an issue with the order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
In-Store Pickup
If in-store pickup is available we will send a notification to a customer when the order is ready for collection.
Please wait for the pickup confirmation before visiting the store. If you don't receive any notification within 48 hours please contact us.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, the carrier is responsible for transporting the parcel to the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and email address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected from a parcel locker, pickup point, or carrier location within the allowed timeframe, it may be returned to us.
If the parcel is returned due to non-collection, incorrect address details, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Damaged Parcels
The customer should inspect the parcel upon delivery.
If the shipping box is visibly damaged, the damage should be documented immediately and reported to the carrier where possible.
Any damaged, leaking, or incorrect items should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of:
• the product
• the bottle or container
• inner packaging
• outer shipping box
This helps us assess the issue and submit a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, VAT is usually included in the product price where applicable.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier after the parcel has been dispatched.
