Baxter of California Fortifying Shampoo is a sulfate-free shampoo developed for weak or fine-looking hair that needs more body. The formula combines pea sprout extract, basil root culture extract and hydrolysed rice protein to help hair look thicker and fuller, while menthol creates an invigorating mint sensation.
