How to use: Although the exposed blade of a traditional safety razor requires some care at first, after a short familiarisation period and with calm, steady hand movements, it can provide a close and precise shave. Unlike modern multi-blade razors, its head does not move during shaving. To replace the blade, unscrew the top section of the razor head.

The shaving result depends on the characteristics of the beard, including the direction of hair growth, density, coarseness and length, as well as how the chosen blade works with the razor. Some users achieve the best results with a very sharp blade, while others may find a milder blade more suitable.

Before shaving, wet the skin and apply shaving cream or lathered shaving soap. Guide the razor across the skin using short, controlled strokes without applying additional pressure. Shaving with the grain is often sufficient, so a second pass against the direction of hair growth may not be necessary. Keep the skin gently stretched throughout the shave.

Care: After use, rinse the razor head and blade thoroughly, shake off excess water and allow the razor to dry. When replacing the blade, hold it only by the blunt side edges.
